英语里非真实移动中的移动知觉表现在相对移动、闪动、观察格局的移动及其产生的视角变化、观察角度转换、语言概念等级变化、诱动、观察者与观察对象之间的距离变化、语义及概念的复现等方面,这些知觉产生了相应的语义结构和语言活动,反映了认知中的变化、发展、矛盾,融合了不同个体在认知心理和客体的客观真实性。对其探讨有助于揭示认知发展和语言发展轨迹。

我国房地产上市公司并购绩效问题及对策探究

本文针对房地产上市公司并购中出现的问题,结合当前的经济政策分别从政府角度、行业角度、房地产上市公司自身角度提出相应的对策。     

在线旅行预订感知风险的实证研究

以旅游者在线旅行预订酒店为例,研究旅游者对在线旅行预订的感知风险。在对22个原始变量进行因子分析后,得出6个主要的影响因子：经济风险、功能风险、时间风险、隐私风险、社会风险、服务风险,同时根据其重要性对各因子进行了排序。然后将人口统计变量和在线旅行预订经验分别与6个主因子进行相关分析,研究发现,上述变量与感知风险的部分维度有着不同方向的显著影响。     

Motives and Modes of FDI,Firm Characteristics and Performance

Abstract

In this exploratory study, die autfiors attempt to determine and interpret die interdependencies between die motives and modes of setting up subsidiaries by foreign investors in Poland, and the main characteristics and performance of these subsidiaries. Two modes of setting up a subsidiary are examined: green-field and acquisition. The audiors use data collected from seven foreign subsidiaries operating in Poland and apply within-case and cross-case analytical approach to identify and interpret relationships between die variables under consideration. The results of the study lead to a formulation of eight hypotheses requiring further testing and research.     

银行跨国并购中的文化差异识别体系研究

在跨国并购中,并购银行将面临民族文化和企业文化双重差异和冲突带来的挑战,而且缺乏对文化差异的理解和管理是并购失败的首要原因。在并购实施中,我们有必要把文化整合与业务技术整合看成截然不同但又紧密相关的两个领域,而构建文化差异识别体系是文化整合的基础。本文从感知跨国并购中的文化差异冲突和融合入手,提出构建文化差异识别体系应以整合战略执行为导向,突出促成行为改变的关键要素;提出了涵盖人本文化、处事文化、沟通文化等角度,共7个维度、22种偏好的文化差异识别体系的基础框架。     

Risk management strategies - before Hominization and after

Selected examples, ranging from birds to pastoralistic nomads and subsisting peasants, indicate that the higher animals adopt foraging strategies similar to individual decision makers in economies without market (subsistence economies): in contrast to actors in (ideal neoclassical) market economies, maximizing expected utility, they operate in such way as to optimize long-term survival of genetically related groups. This can be seen as a strategy of (maximum) ruin avoidance, played by 'selfish genes'. In the sense of conjectural history the parallelism between risk behaviour of animals and early men may be regarded as the continued existence of principles of natural evolution beyond hominization up to the historical emergence of complex societies where pursuit of surplus production replaced ruin avoidance as the primary orientation in the older subsistence economies.
